Connectify Networks' Services
Connectify
Networks, Inc. delivers services
(the "Services")
to businesses with websites
and to advertisers that are
trying to reach the users of
those websites. The Services
link companies that are collecting
consumer data on their websites
("Website Publishers")
and companies that want to
collect consumer data ("Advertisers")
by allowing consumers registering
on websites of Website Publishers
to opt-in to a variety of offers
presented by Advertisers using
Connectify Networks' Services.
Opting In to Advertiser
Offers
The Services allow You, as
a registrant on the Website
Publisher, the ability to request
and receive special offers
provided by Advertisers working
with Connectify Networks. When
You visit a website sponsored
by a Website Publisher that
is working with Connectify
Networks, upon Your registration
with that Website Publisher,
You may be presented with a
Connectify Networks web page
listing one or more special
offers from certain Advertisers
working with Connectify Networks.
You may choose which offer(s)
You would like to receive or
hear more about by simply clicking
on the box adjacent to the
offer. You can choose some
offers, all of them, or none
of them.
How Connectify Networks
Receives, Uses and Discloses
Your Personal Information
The Website Publisher on whose
website You just registered
(or previously registered)
will transfer, subject to their
own privacy policies, Your
personal information and certain
other information to Connectify
Networks. By choosing an offer
and clicking the Submit/Continue
button on the bottom of the
offer page, Connectify Networks
will be authorized to pass
Your personal information on
to the Advertiser(s) whose
offer You selected to receive.
If You do not opt-in to any
offers presented on the offer
page, Your personal information
will be deleted from the Connectify
Networks servers with no further
action by You. Because neither
Connectify Networks nor the
Website Publisher have direct
control over the content of
the Advertisers' offer(s) or
the quality of the goods or
services offered via such offer(s),
You acknowledge and agree that
neither Connectify Networks
nor the Website Publisher is
not responsible for and in
no way guarantees or endorses:
(1) the availability of the
offer(s) offered by the Advertiser(s);
or (2) the goods or services
offered via such offer(s) by
the Advertiser(s). Accordingly,
You acknowledge and agree that
neither Connectify Networks
nor the Website Publisher shall
be responsible or liable to
You in any manner, directly
or indirectly, for any damage
or loss caused or alleged to
be caused by or in connection
with use of or reliance on
the content of any offer(s),
any of the Advertiser(s) Website(s)
and/or the quality of any goods
or services offered by or through
any Advertiser offer or Website.
As further protection for
You, upon submitting Your opt-in
selections, Connectify Networks
may send You an automated e-mail
confirming each of Your offer
selections. If You decide not
to receive information from
that Advertiser, simply opt-out
of the offer by using the directions
included in the email message.
If You opt-out of the offer
by using the directions included
in the email message, Your
personal information will be
deleted from the Connectify
Networks servers and will not
be sent to the applicable Advertiser(s).
In every case where Connectify
Networks sends out an automated
e-mail, You will be shown how
to contact the Advertiser directly.
Since information about You
will be provided to the Advertisers
of Your selected offer(s) and
Connectify Networks has no
control over the use or distribution
of Your personal information
once it is passed to an Advertiser,
We strongly encourage You to
review the privacy policy of
the Website Publisher and each
Advertiser which provides offers
to which You opt-in to before
making a selection.
In addition, Connectify Networks
shall have the right to share
Your personally identifying
information with any third-party,
(i) as required by law, (ii)
to protect and defend the rights
of Connectify Networks, a Website
Publisher, an Advertiser or
any other user of the Services,
(iii) as incident to a corporate
sale, merger, reorganization,
dissolution, bankruptcy or
similar event without Your
consent or approval and without
notice to You, (iv) under circumstances
We believe reasonably necessary
to protect the personal safety
of users of the Connectify
Networks Services or the public,
or (v) as is otherwise described
in this Privacy Policy and
that of the Website Publisher.
Connectify Networks does receive
Your personal information from
Website Publishers, stores
that information on Connectify
Networks servers as described
in this Privacy Policy, and
discloses Your personal information
only to Advertisers selected
by You. By opting-in to one
or more offers on the offer
page, You consent to the collection,
use and disclosure of Your
personal information as described
in this Privacy Policy and
that of the Website Publisher.
Connectify Networks Collects
and Uses Traffic Statistics
Data about traffic and usage
is not personally identifying
or identifiable, and is not
supplemented or combined with
personally identifying or identifiable
information by Connectify Networks.
Connectify Networks may share
the traffic or click-stream
information it collects with
certain selected third parties,
but only in aggregated, anonymous
form. For example, Connectify
Networks may tell an Advertiser
that a certain number of people
viewed their offer. Connectify
Networks' servers collect information
about the Publisher's Website
from which You were presented
an offer page and will share
that information with both
Advertisers and Website Publishers.
In addition to the foregoing,
Connectify Networks uses the
information (in aggregate form)
to better design and market
the Services.
Security of Data Stored
by Connectify Networks
To prevent unauthorized access,
maintain data accuracy, and
ensure the appropriate use
of information, Connectify
Networks has put in place physical,
electronic, and managerial
procedures to safeguard and
secure the information it collects
online. However, data security
is a constantly evolving science.
You should consider any communication
that You transmit to Connectify
Networks (such as data, questions
or answers, comments, or suggestions)
as non-confidential, and agree
that Connectify Networks and
the Website Publisher will
not be liable or responsible
if information about You is
intercepted and used by an
unintended recipient.
Collection of Personally
Identifying Information from
or about Children
Connectify Networks uses reasonable
efforts not to collect, use
or disclose personally identifiable
information from children under
the age of 13. Neither the
Services nor the offers presented
on an offer page are targeted
at children.
International Users
Personal data that You have
voluntarily entered electronically
is delivered to servers located
in the United States . By using
the Web Site, any Website Publisher
website or opting-in to any
Advertiser's offer(s), You
consent to the transfer of
this data, and to our use of
such data as outlined in this
Privacy Policy and that of
the Website Publishers.
Access or Correction of
Your Personally Identifying
Information
To request a copy of Your
personally identifiable information
stored by Connectify Networks,
please send an e-mail containing
Your request to privacy@connectifynetworks.com.
You must provide Your full
name, e-mail address and any
other information reasonably
requested by Connectify Networks.
You may then correct or delete
such information using the
procedures specified in the
e-mail message.
Transfer of Information
Connectify Networks may transfer
your personally identifiable
information to a new owner
if we choose to sell our assets.
If we transfer your personally
identifiable information to
a new owner, we will notify
you by email in advance and
give you the opportunity to
opt-out of the transfer.
Changes To This Privacy

Connectify Networks and Website
Publisher may, from time to
time each in its sole discretion,

Publisher respectively. Any

Networks may post changes or
modifications to referenced

Your approval, and may determine
whether and when any such changes
apply to You. Opting-In to

will constitute Your acceptance
