VeriSign approached Connectify with
a major challenge. Their goal was
to reach and market directly to a
high volume of quality technology
users who were interested in purchasing
VeriSign's products and services.
Connectify Networks customized a “call
to action” customer acquisition campaign
for VeriSign. Connectify collected
additional information for VeriSign
including job title and occupation.
This information allowed VeriSign
to further customize their product
and service offerings. Connectify's
relationship with VeriSign continues
to grow and now includes acquisition
programs domestically and internationally.

Blockbuster
Blockbuster Online Delivers
DVDs, movies, and games to
your Home Door |
Blockbuster's challenge was in improving
the conversion from subscribers to
active, paying customers. While they
saw high rates of subscribers the
conversion to customers was low.
Upon analyzing their market strategy
Connectify learned that Blockbuster
was marketing to the masses and the
offer was promoting a “Free” DVD
rental.
Connectify's solution was to keep
the offer simple, but to add a coupon
for a discount on a DVD, an action
that would help drive customers into
the store to redeem the coupon. Additionally,
Connectify added a confirmation email
component to the program. In creating
a call to action with the coupon
and a confirmation component with
email, Connectify helped Blockbuster
improve their conversions significantly.

SBC
Communications
SBC Communications brings

on the Net |
SBC has been aggressively rolling
out services in markets across the
United States. Their goal was to
communicate with as many new potential
customers in new geographic locations
across the U.S.
One of the challenges SBC faced
was that many of the leads they were
receiving were not originating from
the geographical areas that they
were targeting. Connectify Networks
built a program for SBC that included
zip code targeting throughout the
United States . Additionally, a confirmation
email component was added to validate
both the location and user.
This program provided a much more
immediate opportunity for SBC to
effectively qualify and communicate
with each new user.
